Q.01How does enrollment work?
Browse the catalog, open the course you want, and hit Enroll. You'll see instructions to send payment via Zaad to the number shown, then enter the phone number you paid from and the Zaad transaction reference. Access activates once an admin confirms the payment — usually within minutes during business hours.
Q.02Do I need an account before I can enroll?
Yes. Create a free account first so we can track your courses and progress. Sign-up takes under a minute and doesn't require payment.
Q.03Is the platform free to browse?
Yes. You can browse the full catalog, read descriptions, and watch any lesson marked as a free preview without paying. You only pay when you enroll in a specific course.

Payment & enrollment

How money moves, and how we verify it.

Q.01What payment methods do you accept?
For v1 we accept Zaad. Send to +252 634 144 978 and enter your transaction reference at checkout. eDahab, EVC Plus, and card payments are on the roadmap.
Q.02What currency are courses priced in?
All prices are in USD. Your Zaad transaction will settle at the prevailing rate on your end.
Q.03I sent the money — how long until I get access?
Usually a few minutes during business hours (Sat–Thu, 9am–6pm). Outside those hours, it can take up to 24h. If you haven't been approved after that, email us your Zaad reference and we'll unblock you fast.
Q.04Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you've completed less than 10% of a course within 7 days of enrollment, we'll refund you in full. After that, refunds are case-by-case — email hello@raashealth.com.
Q.05Can my hospital or institution pay for my team?
Yes — we offer discounted bulk enrollment for institutions. Contact us and pick "Partnership".

Courses & access

What you get, and for how long.

Q.01How long do I have access to a course?
Lifetime. Once your enrollment is approved, the course is yours — including any future updates the instructor makes.
Q.02Can I download videos to watch offline?
No. Videos stream only. This keeps piracy down and allows us to keep prices accessible for everyone. You can re-watch as many times as you like while online.
Q.03Do I get a certificate when I finish?
Yes. Complete every lesson in a course and a signed certificate (PDF) is generated on your dashboard. It includes the course title, completion date, hours, and the instructor's signature.
Q.04Are the courses CPD / CME eligible?
Many are. Each course page flags eligibility where applicable. If you need formal CPD accreditation for a specific region or regulator, email us first — we'll confirm before you enroll.
Q.05What language are the courses in?
English only for v1. Somali and Arabic versions are planned once we have the translation workflow in place.
Q.06Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. The site and video player work fully on mobile and tablet. A native app is not on the roadmap yet.

Q.01How do I apply to teach a course?
Use the contact form and pick Teach with us. Tell us who you are, what you want to teach, and why. We review applications weekly.
Q.02Do I need a specific credential?
No. We work with anyone who is actively practising in their field — engineers, designers, researchers, writers, teachers, founders — and has something specific they want to teach well. What matters is depth, not credentials.
Q.03How does revenue split work?
Revenue share details are discussed when we shortlist you. We'll tell you exactly the numbers before you sign anything.
Q.04Can a school or company create an institutional track?
Yes — we partner with institutions on custom tracks for staff training or student curricula. Email us via the contact form with "Partnership" selected.

Q.01I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check spam and then contact us.
Q.02Can I change my email address?
Yes, from your dashboard settings. You'll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect.
Q.03A video isn't loading / keeps buffering.
First try refreshing, then switch to a stronger connection. If it persists, email us the course and lesson name — we'll investigate that specific file.
Q.04Is my data private?
Yes. We use your details only to deliver the service and reply to you. We don't sell to third parties, and we never will.
